These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the FLINT online store and any order or reservation you place through it. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us and for keeping any account credentials confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Products, descriptions and pricing

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours shown on screen depend on your display and may differ from the finished product. Renderings and product photography are representative.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you confirm an order.

We may correct pricing or description errors, and may change prices, at any time before your order is accepted. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and give you the choice to confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Reservations and pre-orders

Some products are offered by reservation before general availability. A reservation records your interest and place in the queue; it is not a completed sale until we confirm dispatch. Estimated dates are estimates, not guarantees. If we cannot supply a reserved product, we will tell you and refund any amount you have paid in full.

6. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we received it, and does not by itself mean we have accepted it. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, including where a product is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where an error has occurred.

7. Payment

Payment is taken through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. Orders are processed once payment is authorised.

8. Delivery

We deliver to the address you supply. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by matters outside our control. Risk in the product passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival and tell us promptly about any damage in transit.

9. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. After dispatch, our returns process applies.

10. Warranty and repair

The FLINT name, logo, product designs, photography, copy and the design of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

You agree not to use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data by automated means without our permission, or to introduce malicious code.

13. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party sites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

14. Disclaimers

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
